Katie is a short-term rental consultant with 13 years of hands-on hosting experience and more than 7,000 guests welcomed across the Lake Arrowhead and Palm Springs markets. She specializes in representing short-term rental buyers and the sale of existing STRs, helping clients evaluate performance, upside, and operational procedures. She has worked across multiple roles with Airbnb, including serving on the Airbnb Host Advisory Board (2023–2025)—a global group of just 25 hosts selected to advise on product, policy, and host experience. She also mentors new hosts through Airbnb’s Superhost Ambassador Program and serves as an Airbnb Community Leader for the Lake Arrowhead area, supporting and educating local hosts.
